Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you have hired me for the provision of digital marketing services (SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR), the below marketing policy applies:
- I will refund you the full amount (minus the transfer fee) if the project has not commenced within 15 days of making payment.
- If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 15 days and the project has already started, I will charge you a proportionate amount equivalent to the equivalent to the working hours I and my team have put into the project. I will credit the amount to the banking info provided by you and your team and this will be done within 30 days of service cancellation.
- If you are to cancel any renewal of a monthly/yearly service, you should do it 10 days prior to the start of next billing cycle (which is typically a monthly cycle).
- If cancellation is made after the start of a billing cycle, then we will bill you a proportionate amount equivalent to the working hours put in the project during that month which you will have to pay.
- The refund amount will be deposited in the account which was provided by you and your team and this will be done within 30 days of service cancellation.
- Cancellation notice and refund requests should be communicated with us via email only. You should mail all the information in an email titled “Service Cancellation” and send it to sia[at]syedirfanajmal[dot]com
- We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any given time. However, all our existing clients are informed when we make any changes.
